Since May 2003, when this production company opened its doors in Costa Rica, it had shot hundreds of TV spots and won several prizes in the region. LA COMUNA amalgamates the talent and experience of three directors: Esteban Zabala, Juan José Durán and Camila Yglesias. Three nationalities, three personalities that found one another in a common communal vision. A very happy confluence, indeed.

The answer for those who wonder about this particular name is in the dictionary: “Body of people living together in a single community and sharing everything so they can grow with freedom and sympathy among values and ideological models they share.”  Nelson Heymans General manager
